General Inquiries
To create an account, click on the “Register” button at the top right corner of the page. You can register as either an employer or a candidate by filling out the necessary information and verifying your email.
This is your first step for work in Maldives
If you’ve forgotten your user ID or password, don’t worry. Follow these steps to regain access to your account:
1. **For forgotten user ID:**
– Check your email inbox for any registration confirmation emails.
– If you can’t find it, contact our support team at support@jobinmaldives.com with your full name and the email address you used to register.
2. **For forgotten password:**
– Go to the login page and click on the “Forgot Password” link.
– Enter your user ID or the email address associated with your account.
– Follow the instructions sent to your email to reset your password.
3. **If you’ve forgotten both:**
– Contact our support team at support@jobinmaldives.com.
– Provide your full name and the email address you used to register.
– Our team will verify your identity and help you regain access to your account.
For security reasons, we cannot reset passwords over the phone or via email without proper verification. If you need further assistance, please don’t hesitate to reach out to our support team.
Of course, the employer can contact you via WhatsApp directly from your profile, but you must be careful to enter your phone number in your profile, including the international prefix and without spaces
Employer's Inquiries
Need to renew your job post?
Here’s how:
- Log into your Employer account
- Head to the ‘Manage Jobs’ section
- Find your job in the listings
- Click ‘Edit’
- Change the application date
- Click on “Republish Job”
- If you have different packages On step 2, select a package
- Hit ‘Update’
Your job will then be republished. Easy as that!

Our proposals include:
1. A free Welcome Package with 3 complimentary Job Posts, assigned upon business profile registration (usable ONCE, within 14 days)
2. Small Business plans based primarily on the number of Job Posts published:
– 3 Job Posts (2-month validity)
– 10 Job Posts (3-month validity)
– 15 Job Posts (4-month validity)
These plans also include a number of downloadable candidate CVs.
If these prove insufficient, they can be boosted with additional CV download packages of 15, 30, or 60 CVs, valid for 2, 3, or 4 months respectively.
We also offer two Unlimited packages for businesses requiring high volumes. These are comprehensive All-in-One packages allowing unlimited Job Posting, countless CV downloads, candidate invitations to apply for job listings, the ability to highlight Job Posts, and more. They differ only in duration: one for 6 months and another for 12 months.
All packages (Small Business and Unlimited) include reposting on our social media channels. While these currently have few followers, we expect rapid growth.

To make a Job Post featured, first of all, you must have Featured Posts Credits included in your package to highlight posts.
You must complete the post publishing process.
Once you have done that, select ‘Manage Jobs’ from the left-hand column in your dashboard. After choosing which job post you want to make featured, click on the star in the ‘featured’ column. For the package descriptions, start from ‘Pricing’ section.

If you want your profile picture and your job cover photo to be uploaded and displayed correctly, you need to maintain a size of 250×250 for the profile picture and 700 in length and 130 in height for the Job Cover Photo
Candidate's Inquiries
Looking to advance your career while currently employed?
We understand that discretion is key.
To address this, we offer an option to keep your profile hidden from recruiters. This way, you can browse opportunities without appearing publicly listed on our recruitment site. You’ll have the control to reach out to recruiters when you find an appealing job offer.
You can select this privacy option during registration or later in the “My Profile” section of your account dashboard. We’re here to support your career moves on your terms.

In order for your profile to appear in the candidate listing, you must have completed at least 60% of your personal information.
To do this, log in to the site with your credentials, access the dashboard, go to the My Profile section, and fill in as much information as possible.
To make your profile even more attractive, go to the My Resume section, upload your CV along with a Cover Letter, and fill in as much information as possible.
