Job Description

We are seeking energetic, highly motivated, passionate, and creative candidates for the following position:
BASED LEADER

Requirements:
 Proven ability to coordinate and work effectively with both international and local staff.
 Experience teaching scuba diving courses from PADI Scuba Diver (PSD) to Divemaster (DM).
 Ability to guide fun dives for certified divers.
 Current PADI/SSI/OWSI certification or higher.
 First Aid Certification.
 Strong knowledge of scuba diving and the diving industry; experience with dive marketing is preferred.
 Excellent teamwork, sales, and communication skills.
 Strong customer service orientation.
 A proactive and passionate approach to work.
 Flexible work style and comfortable in a remote, tranquil setting.
 Proficiency in English, with an additional language (French and/or German) being a plus.
